All memory modules sold by Ramtek Technology Inc. (Kingbee), carry a Lifetime Standard Limited Warranty. Products determinate by Ramtek to be defective will be replaced or repaired at no charge provided that the parts have not been abused, misused, neglected or modified. Ramtek provides no expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and under no circumstances will be held liable to any purchaser in any way for damages, lost revenue or wages, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this memory module.

 

Ramtek Warranty Policy:

1.

Major brand chips.

2. Lifetime warranty on labor and parts excluding DRAM chip.
3.

Lifetime warranty on module.

4.

Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at no charge under warranty.

5.

Defected product under warranty has no component provided by our suppliers to be repaired or replaced, we may exchange to available product with same capacity or refund under mutual understanding.

6.

Repairing, labor and parts fee will be applied if products are abused or modified by customers.

7. Remove or relocate our warranty-label will void warranty.
